We have a 14-day return guarantee, which means you have 14 days to request a return after you receive your item.
Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, free of stains and with all product labels intact.
When exercising your right of withdrawal:
You must announce that you regret it. The message must be sent to us Vickmars@outlook.com In your message, your name, your address, e-mail address, the order number and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated.
You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notice. Vickmars does not accept returns after 14 days from the delivery date
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.
From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the original value of the product in the case of a used or damaged product.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if:
Products that have the character of sealed sound or image recording and where the seal has been broken by you.
Custom-made product, which has been tailored especially for you or has a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
Unclaimed goods
In the case of unclaimed goods, a fee of SEK 179 is charged to cover administrative costs from the forwarders.
How do you proceed with a complaint?
Any errors and defects must always be reported to Vickmars@outlook.com, where you state your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error.
If we are unable to remedy the defect or supply a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We are responsible for return shipping in the event of approved complaints.
We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see arn.se.
Manufacturing defects or damage after use (warranty):
Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or neglect. If you discover a manufacturing defect, please contact us with details of the problem and your order number for assistance.

Damages and errors
Reporting of defective goods
Inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately by email at Vickmars@outlook.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. Reports of defects must be made within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.
Processing refunds:
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. If it is a service, the refund will start within 14 days from the day you informed us.
Refund exceptions
Delivered item not received
If the tracking number indicates successful delivery but you have not received the item due to incorrect address information, we can offer a replacement upon receipt of a secure delivery address, subject to a handling/shipping fee of SEK 80.
Cancellations
Immediate cancellation: You can cancel your order up to 24 hours after purchase. If you change your mind within this period, please contact us by email at Vickmars@outlook.com and state your order number. We will cancel the order and refund the full amount upon receipt of your request. After 24 hours, it is no longer possible to cancel, as your order has already been sent to our distribution center.
